Some snacks feel like an afterthought — not these. These crispy garlic parmesan chicken bites are crunchy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and loaded with flavor. They’re the kind of snack you can throw together on a weeknight, but they taste like they came out of a gastropub kitchen.
The secret is coating bite-sized chicken pieces in a parmesan–breadcrumb mix that crisps up beautifully in the oven or air fryer. Add a garlicky butter drizzle at the end, and you’ve got a snack that disappears fast.
Makes about 24 chicken bites — enough for 4–5 snack servings or a party platter.

- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 2 eggs, beaten

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) or set air fryer to 375°F.
- Mix breadcrumbs, parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a shallow bowl.
- Dip chicken pieces in beaten eggs, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Arrange chicken bites on a parchment-lined baking sheet or air fryer basket.
- Bake for 18–20 minutes (oven) or air fry 12–14 minutes, until golden and cooked through.
- Meanwhile, melt butter in a small skillet and sauté minced garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Drizzle garlic butter over cooked chicken bites, toss gently, and garnish with parsley.
Notes & Tips
- For extra crispiness, spray the chicken lightly with cooking oil before baking.
- These bites reheat well in the air fryer — 5 minutes at 350°F brings them back to life.
- Serve with marinara, ranch, or honey mustard for dipping.
- Want it spicier? Add a pinch of cayenne to the breadcrumb mix.
