Grilled Chicken Caesar Wraps

Lunch doesn’t have to be complicated — and it doesn’t have to be another sad sandwich either. These grilled chicken Caesar wraps are simple, portable, and way more satisfying than fast food.

They’re perfect if you’ve got leftover grilled chicken or rotisserie chicken in the fridge. Toss it with crisp romaine, a bit of Caesar dressing, and some parmesan, and you’ve got a balanced lunch that feels fresh but still fills you up.

Makes 2 large wraps, enough for 2 servings.

Grilled Chicken Caesar Wraps

Juicy grilled chicken, crisp romaine lettuce, creamy Caesar dressing, and parmesan cheese wrapped in a soft tortilla — a quick and satisfying lunch in under 15 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 2 large flour tortillas (10-inch)
  • 1 large chicken breast, grilled and sliced (or use leftover rotisserie chicken)
  • 2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • 3 tbsp Caesar dressing
  • 2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
  • Black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Warm the tortillas briefly in a dry skillet or microwave to make them pliable.
  2. In a large bowl, toss romaine lettuce with Caesar dressing until lightly coated.
  3. Add sliced chicken and parmesan, tossing gently to combine.
  4. Lay tortillas flat. Divide filling evenly across the center of each tortilla.
  5. Fold in sides and roll tightly into a wrap.
  6. Slice in half and serve immediately, or wrap in foil for lunch on the go.

Notes & Tips

  • Use whole wheat or spinach tortillas for a healthier twist.
  • Add croutons for crunch (just crush them slightly before rolling).
  • Great for meal prep — keep the filling separate and assemble wraps fresh.
